2. Intellectual property

The photographs on this site belong to the photographers and teams credited on each image, and are published with their permission as part of this portfolio.

Magazine names and logos are shown solely to indicate where work has been published and remain the property of their owners.

No material may be reproduced without the written consent of the rights holders.

3. What data is processed

When you visit the site, our web server automatically records in its log files: IP address, date and time, the page requested and the server's response code. Request headers (browser, language, referring page) are not recorded. This is necessary to deliver the site and keep it secure.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects data on how the site is used: pages viewed, visit duration, device and browser type, approximate location (city and country) and how you arrived at the site. It uses a random identifier stored in a cookie. Google Analytics 4 does not store the IP addresses of users in the EU.

When you accept, reject or withdraw consent, we record your choice with a random identifier, the version of this policy and the date, so that we can demonstrate it. No IP address is stored in that record.

If you write via WhatsApp, Telegram or email, we process the data you choose to send: name, contact details and the content of your message. Those conversations are held on the servers of those services under their own terms.

Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server: until you accept, the site connects to no third-party service. There are no forms.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Delivering the site and protecting it against abuse (server logs) — legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Audience measurement with Google Analytics 4 — your consent, art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and art. 22.2 LSSI-CE. Without consent, no Google script is loaded.

Recording your cookie choice — the obligation to be able to demonstrate consent, arts. 6(1)(c) and 7(1) GDPR.

Replying to enquiries and preparing a possible collaboration — pre-contractual measures, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Tax and accounting obligations once a contract exists — art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

5. Recipients and international transfers

Hosting: netcup GmbH, Emmy-Noether-Straße 10, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany, acting as data processor. The servers are located in the European Union.

Web analytics (only with your consent): Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, acting as data processor.

Google may transfer data to Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023; Google also applies the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

The advertising features of Google Analytics (Google Signals and ad personalisation) are disabled: the data is not used for advertising.

Data is not sold or disclosed to any other third party, except where required by law.

6. Retention

Server logs: 14 days, then deleted automatically.

Google Analytics data: user- and event-level data linked to the cookie identifier is kept for 2 months (the property's retention setting); Google deletes it in a monthly cycle, so actual deletion may take up to about a month longer. New visits do not extend this period. Standard aggregated reports (for example, views per page), which do not single out individual users, are not subject to this limit and may be kept longer.

Your cookie choice: 12 months in your browser, after which we ask again. If we change services or purposes, we ask sooner.

Server record of consents: 3 years, so that we can demonstrate them in case of a complaint.

Correspondence: for the duration of the collaboration and afterwards within the applicable limitation periods. Accounting records: for the periods required by Spanish law.

7. Your rights

You may access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and request its portability.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before.

If you believe your rights have been breached, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

8. Cookie policy

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site only sets analytics cookies, and only after you press “Accept”. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the site works the same either way.

The two local storage items are strictly necessary and exempt from consent (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE); they are not sent to third parties.

Photographs of models are published with their consent and with the consent of the photographers.
